An Award — I’m Speechless!

Wow!  I guess I’m not completely speechless, although I was for awhile.  Annika Perry has given me the Encouraging Thunder Award and I think that’s really nice of her.  I’m honoured.  I’m taken aback.  I’m chuffed!  (That’s a new word I’ve learned from reading bloggers from the southern hemisphere.)  You should go check out her website.  So, here’s what the award looks like:

EncouragingThunder

And here’s what it’s all about:

‘Thunder creates a powerful addition to the blog as an awesome blog award. Raymond, encouraginglife.co founder, was bestowed upon a thunder medallion by the great nature so he can create a powerful spell Encouraging Thunder to grant powerful protection to other bloggers. It’s a special spell that only bloggers who have true purpose in their life can master it.’

‘As other bloggers are granted the power of thunder, he or she has the permission to post the power of thunder on their blogs as well as sharing the award with other bloggers.’

With the Encouraging Thunder award you can

  • Post it on your blog
  • Grant other blogs

The dos and donts of the award are:

Do not

  • Abuse or misuse the logo
  • Claim that it is your own handmade logo

Do

  • Enjoy the award
  • At least give thanks via comments and likes and or mentioning the blogger who gives the award.

So thank you Annika.  And now I get to nominate some bloggers I enjoy following.  I bestow this awesome award to the following bloggers:

to Michelle — http://michelleclementsjames.com/

to Wendy — https://wendyannedarling.wordpress.com/

to Jade — https://scatterbooker.wordpress.com/

to Clive — https://clivemullis.wordpress.com/

to Jean — https://jeanreinhardt.wordpress.com/

to Jo — https://africolonialstories.wordpress.com/

to Lorraine (my name sake) — https://curlupandread.wordpress.com/

to Shelley Rae — https://bookdout.wordpress.com/

I hope each of you will be pleased to receive this award and that I haven’t offended anyone I should have included but didn’t.  This is my first award, so I’m not quite sure about all the etiquette involved but each one of you is deserving of a blogging award.  Thanks again, Annika!

About mysm2000

Having taught elementary school for more than 25 years and been involved in many amazing technology and curriculum projects, I find I've developed a myriad of interests based on literature I've read and music I've heard. I've followed The Wright Three to Chicago, Ansel Adams to Colorado, The Kon Tiki Expedition to Easter Island, Simon & Garfunkel lyrics to New York City, Frank Lloyd Wright to Fallingwater, Pennsylvania, and have only just begun.
