FRIDAY FINDS showcases the books you ‘found’ and added to your To Be Read (TBR) list… whether you found them online, or in a bookstore, or in the library — wherever! (they aren’t necessarily books you purchased). It is hosted by Jenn at A Daily Rhythm.
This is my first time participating in Friday Finds and I hope you will find my finds interesting and maybe add them to your TBR list. Here they are:
The Jazz Files by Fiona Veitch Smith
Death of a Nurse by M.C. Beaton
Death of an Alchemist by Mary Lawrence
Emancipation Day by Wayne Grady
Common Ground by Justin Trudeau
All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doeer
Secret Daughter by Shilpi Somaya Gowda
In Place of Never by Julie Anne Lindsay

Oh my I really should not read any of these posts but today I did and I have a confession to make. I nominated you:
http://beehalton.com/2016/01/ive-written-this-in-my-eleventh-hour-or.html
I awarded you because I believe you have an excellent blog and I want to introduce it to my readers. This award is great for that.
But I also know that awards are a lot of work, and they do not fit in every blog. So feel free to take part if it tempts you and if not go on to what you do best: Your blog!!!!!!
Hope you enjoy either way 🙂

I’m looking forward to Death of a Nurse, even though I’ve gotten a bit disgruntled with Hamish over the last few books. It’s like he’s going through a mid-life crisis or something. Maybe he is, lol.
The Jazz Files has a very interesting cover. Looks like it might be an entertaining book.

I’ve seen the Beaton books before but I’m pretty sure I’ve never read any so I’m looking forward to reading it. Thanks for stopping by.

I dearly loved the early Hamish books. It’s only been the last few that are getting to be a “bit much.”
Have you read any of Beaton’s Agatha Raisin books? Another favorite series of mine, although Agatha is so prickly that she takes some getting used to.
