Friday Finds #3

FRIDAY FINDS showcases the books you ‘found’ and added to your To Be Read (TBR) list… whether you found them online, or in a bookstore, or in the library — wherever! (they aren’t necessarily books you purchased).  It is hosted by Jenn at A Daily Rhythm.

Here are my Friday Finds.  Several of them I discovered on sites participating in Jenn’s Teaser Tuesday.  Some, I went and bought right away; others, I added to my wish list.  A couple, I found in email advertising from booksellers I subscribe to because they often have books that interest me.  One or two may not be out yet but all of them intrigue me in some way or another.

Orphan Train by Christina Baker Kline

Flowers for Algernon by Daniel Keyes

Reliving the Passion by Walter Wangerin Jr.

The Cheapside Corpse by Susanna Gregory

Sarai, Wives of the Patriarchs Book 1 by Jill Eileen Smith

The Eye of the Sheep by Sofie Laguna

Temples Along the Nile by Sarah Symons

Footprints in the Desert by Maha Akhtar

What did you find this week?  Please share!

About mysm2000

Having taught elementary school for more than 25 years and been involved in many amazing technology and curriculum projects, I find I've developed a myriad of interests based on literature I've read and music I've heard. I've followed The Wright Three to Chicago, Ansel Adams to Colorado, The Kon Tiki Expedition to Easter Island, Simon & Garfunkel lyrics to New York City, Frank Lloyd Wright to Fallingwater, Pennsylvania, and have only just begun.
